This suggestion is already on the wish list! Problem is, the list is so
long that I doubt whether I'll get to it before 1.60. Sorry about that,
but there's only one of me, and I *am* spending most of my time working
on Exim.

That's the point that's on the list.

I quite like that idea. It would, of course, have to integerate with the
existing single parameter, but that could be "if no N's use the old
system". When I get to looking at this I will see how feasible it is to
do it this way. If it is too hard I may plump for something else.
