Surely something along the lines of:-

We have investigated the spam.... We have determined it was perpetrated by
Mr A Spammer, Spam Street, Spam Town. Telephone 1234567890.
We suggest that persons wishing to discuss redress contact him directly!

Well we can't publish his email - it got pulled within minutes of us
getting in on monday - just as soon as we had spoken to his ISP - who was
very co-operative if a tad waery (they had 5 different spams over the w/e).

We are not inciting anyone to harrassment - I would hope that people could
be creative though!
