Actually, if someone has the time and effort to do it, a better
approach might well be to make a tk enabled eximon, or possibly a
exim-enabled wish. If done right this would allow the standard
eximon operations, using a set of primative exim query/modification
toperations, and a tk interface on top. Building some code to allow
it to read in extra tcl program would allow you to build custom
operations very easily.

However I don't see this being done very quickly :-(
