Re: No rfc1413 is good rfc1413

IMHO, so many people are now sending mail from their own PCs that what
little usefullness there once might have been to 1413 (if everyone
used it, which they don't) is overwhelmed by the problems it is
causing. Our site must be typical. Are the other sites setting their
timeouts too short (they timeout waiting for the smtp banner)? Or is
our 1413 timeout too long? Having mail just fail is not acceptable.
