I think the SRS spec per se. does not; it only specifies a lightweight encode/decode pair.
An implementation could; in our case that would involve both the Exim coded implementation
of SRS support *and* the Exim configuration.
Any counterexample would certainly be worrying.
I'm reasonably sure that the config would need to be poorly written to implement an
open relay. Pretty much the same as configuring one not involving SRS, in fact.
If someone could point out some considerations that should be added to the Exim SRS
docs section, that would be useful.
