Use "exim -C /path/to/new-config -bt a@b" for that.

Use "exim -C /path/to/new-config -bhc ip-addr.port" to produce SMTP
pseudo-session, in order to check greylisting, sender verify, dns
and other things. Add debugging options (-d...) for details.
