I hadn't heard of Ibase until I found this whilst working on a fix for Bug 2291
(Need buildability test for all build-option combinations).
I don't see anything in the changelog for this lookup that is not a general
exim change. Either it was perfect first time and the Firebird/InterBase
interface has never changed, or it isn't used.
I'm happy to drop this lookup.
