seems to have a 4.30 tarball.

I appear to have kept some of the announcements,
and have put them up at
     https://www.aitchison.me.uk/exim/exim4releases.gz
I'll leave this up for a week.

`apt changelog exim4` on Ubuntu (and presumably Debian)
goes back to exim 4.10-0.srh1 and exim 3.35-1.
