The syntax design really needs a total redo in this area, but that's too much
change for now. Perhaps in the mythical Exim version 5.
There's a fairly small code-change which doesn't get too unpleasant
in syntax terms, so I've pushed that. You'll be able to use
hostname:port
ipv4:port
ipv6.port (new, but note that dot)
