Hi,
A) there are tons if dkim errors that can happen, mostly dns can't be reached or someone in between tampered with the headers.
B) if course you can. Just add an additional "accept" block in front of the block with the condition line to the acl checking for dkim with a whitelist check, but dkim is there to check if the sender is the real one, so a whitelistcheck may be illogical at that point.
