Yes, you are right!
What I mean is whether consecutive MAILs before EHLO need to be handled in a
way that is consistent with other syntax errors, i.e. after receiving 3 in a
row, force the connection to be closed on receipt of the fourth.
Because I've noticed that sending four consecutive MAILs after an EHLO will
force the connection to close.
