Unfortunately the definition for the z= field (RFC 6376 section 3.5) does not
actually say what the content should be.
"list of selected header fields present when the message was signed" is
unhelpful lacking a description for the selection process.
There is "Copied header field values are for diagnostic use", which implies
the choice is entirely arbitrary in protocol terms.
That seems to make it useful for development purposes only.
Production use will probably never want a z=, being pointless inflation of
the signature block.
Downgrading to low-importance.
