confirmed for eximon (4da37662868d).
With 17061038519b exinext can handle the new format but lines 166 and 167 are
superfluous as $subject is always added in line 182 which probably should not
happen. Additionally the message-ids get qualified with a domain in line 171
which should also not happen. Maybe all the exinext problems are out of scope
for this bug report.
