That is because 4.97.1 is purely a security patch, with only the
changes needed on top of 4.97.
The commit you are interested in is after 4.97 .
If you are/were maintaining a local patchset for 4.97
then you could just use them on 4.97.1 .
Alternatively, if you are tracking the development head,
you don't need 4.97.1 anyway; the security pacthes are also
in the mainline.
