Similar report also under FeeBSD 13.2 :-
I have the feeling that it correlates either with temporary errors from the
other side or when I get enough mails delivered in one connection that
incoming server hits "smtp_accept_queue_per_connection" which leads to "no
immediate delivery".
So far the patches attached here seem to have fixed the symptom, but
are not reporting the assumed bug reason. This means we don't properly
understand the issue yet.
