A single TXT record can be >255 chars, but has to be split in smaller chunks
(each has a 1-byte size field prefix.

The hardening introduced for bug 3033 broke this
(at least for the default no-secondary-separator case).

The testsuite could use enhancement for the large-TXT-multichunk case.
