That's the key problem. I contacted the libspf2 developer
and he committed the fix from issue 44. But neither he nor
the person who submitted the patch has enough info to really
judge if it fixes the ZDI bug report.

I'm pretty sure Heiko can not really confirm those patches, either,
because the ZDI reports where not detailed enough.
