Testing back to 4.80, no DSN is sent for a -Mg.
A DSN *is* sent; it just does not contain that phrase - and did not as
of 4.61 (the earliest I can see that a testcase is in the testsuite).
Possibly broken by 447d236c3a15 "Exim no longer.." for 4.51 in 2005;
this seems to have been a deliberate choice with the new flag
"af_pass_message" only being set for certain other cases.
Given that, I suspect that nobody is relying on the text and we should regard
the documentation as in error.
