OK, I've read the thread "Exim, OAUTH2 and gnutls problem" started by 'ael'
So just for clarification: I never had those log lines with exim 4.94 but
I have those lines with *every* mail with exim 4.96.
The problem seems to be on Microsofts side and now there is a more
verbose logging due to the newer exim and/or gnutls package under Debian 12.
