It seems like the snippet worked despite my reasoning that it does not work.
Looks like i made a mistake in testing. I was using "swaks" and spamassassin
cached my test e-mails as spam, while in reality the SPF exception did work.
So i thought it's because of an error in the exception, but it was because
oft he cache in spamassasin.

Did you try to use debug? At least "-d+acl+lookup" for manual tests.
Or "control = debug/opts=..." may be add to ACL.
