So is it enough to replace

client_send =
${lookup{$host<@>$sender_address<@>oauth2}lsearch*{CONFDIR/smtpauthdb}{${expand:$value}}fail}

with

client_send =
"${lookup{$host<@>$sender_address<@>oauth2}lsearch*{CONFDIR/smtpauthdb}{${expand:$value}}fail}"

?
