Would not be more simple to move message to named queue
instead of freeze/unfreeze steps? And one will have only particular
files in named queue, thus more simple to move/manage them...
I never need this move, but i use named queue for DMARC reports
and it works really nice, as there are only problematic reports (mostly
SPAM's domains) with failed first delivery. To clean these with
temporary problem is mostly enough to do second queue run (eg.
from cron), but they are really occasional here...
