So I have to remove accept hosts = +relay_from_hosts
127.0.0.1 was in the list. Removing 127.0.0.1 :

OK, smtp acceptance. Next possibility, given your ACL sequence:

acl_check_data:
accept hosts = +relay_from_hosts
warn spam =  _rspamd:true          ####Debian11 it is the rspamd user


- what is in your setting for relay_from_hosts? The item arrived from 127.0.0.1 so if that IP is included there, it gets accepted right away (before trying to call rspamd).
