Any earlier log entries? Specifically look around 2022-11-29 17:00:23.
The D= value in the last line implies that the connection started about
that time.

The 2nd line tells us that the transaction got thru MAIL and RCPT, so
this is likely to be a problem with mail filtering after DATA. If it is
actually a timeout (as opposed to some other issue) it looks like the
sending end is giving up on waiting for some reason. 2m28s is a long
time for a mail transaction, but it is less than half of the standard
timeout for a SMTP client in the DATA phase.
