The fix/... branch is merged into master, default behaviour is using the 1.4.x
variant of libopendmarc. If you use an older version (1.3.x, as shipped with
e.g. Debian buster), you need to set "DMARC_API=100300" in your
"Local/Makefile" (see the comments in "src/EDITME").

If required I'll pick this commit for 4.95 and 4.96.
