Is there any option to skip lookup for SMTP server on local host if we will use
only EXTERNAL SMTP server for final delivery? We can use IP address of SMTP
server instead of hostname?

External SMTP server using older version of EXIM and they don't have any kind
of problem to delivery email to end user.
