Also works for me, using the attacment "macro file" of comment 3 and

.include DIR/variables
domainlist mydomlist = MYDOMAINLIST

added to a testcase config file. This is on a Fedora 35 / GCC platform.
The bug claims it was seen on a Linux; please give details.

PS: there is no "Lorem" line in the file.
