On the contrary, it says that we're asking to alloc a silly memory chunk size
- and from looking at the code that means that stringprep_utf8_to_ucs4()
has written a totally bogus value back for it's 3rd arg.

Try pulling in commit d2f99aad04, which was made
following similar issues (since 4.95).
