The detection of TFO having worked is unfortunately unreliable (as well
as being incomplete). We're at the mercy of what the kernel deigns to
expose, and mostly it doesn't.
I've had a kernel bug open for years on this, and nobody seems to care.
The only visible reality is via packet captures at present.
