[exim] message has lines too long for transport

Reference is made to exim-4.95.

A particular e-mail is generating that error and I am thinking perhaps it's
from a certain long header - "References:" in the thread.

Not sure how to mitigate this one. Maybe I should truncate/remove the
header - and possibly break the thread?
