Hi Philip,

Could it be possible to entirely disable posting on the old PCRE bugzilla
instance?

"James Rogan" is a spammer and its their last comment on the bug report is,
indeed, full of spam (and ideally should be removed and the account banned
from posting, but it's not as Bugzilla implements any serious anti-spam
technique anyways.)
