I have a debuglog, but "control = debug" in the ACL only captured the initial

The same is true of /opt/exim/bin/exim -d+all run from the command line.
Is that good enough? If not how do I capture the debuglog for the queue runner?
I have asked the user in question if they received multiple copies of my two
test messages: I'm pretty sure that the yahoo.co.jp address actally belongs to
our local user, which simplifies things.
