The whole point of making the library change early in the dev cycle
is to get operational experience *before* making a release. This
can be done be people interested enough to be on the bleeding edge
and does not involve the project asserting that the results are of
release quality.
I don't know if there are any such people apart from myself, because
I get zero feedback.
