[pcre-dev] Disable Coverity Scan runs for PCRE1?

Hi,

AFAIU, PCRE1 is now officially at end-of-life and *no* future updates are
planned (no matter how severe an issue may be).

I've been running Coverity scans over it for quite a while now:

It's not a problem to continue doing it, but I'm wondering if I should just
stop submitting such scans given the code is not going to change any
further.
