pwmd support patch

pwmd is a server allowing a local (UDS) or remote (TLS) client to put or
retrieve data stored in an OpenPGP (libgpgme) encrypted XML file. This patch
adds support for an Exim "pwmd" lookup, using libpwmd, to connect to pwmd and
send the GET protocol command to retrieve the content of an XML element. I use
it to get the username and password associated with my smarthost configuration
although it can be used anywhere a lookup can.
