[pcre-dev] 10.37 Release Candidate

I have just made available a Release Candidate for 10.37, in the usual
place:

There are just a few bugfixes and tidies since 10.36. Perhaps the most
important is the removal of the POSIX names regcomp etc from the POSIX
wrapper library, because there have been reported issues with name clashes.
Please test if you can.
