The problem: the ,servers=server1:server2:server3:... line should have the
olive background.
Based on similar structures in the HTML source, I assume the HTML source should
have been

    <div class="docbook_literallayout"><pre>
    ,servers=server1:server2:server3:...
    </pre></div>
