I was searching for something and only found in the MLA

It's a small thing and I wanted to add to the docs on the exim website
but I couldn't find where it is generated from or how to suggest
changes.
Patch via email to a mailing list? MR/PR on github (mirror) repo? Own
branch at other place?
It is not a big change but I thought I would add something anyways.
So my question: Where can I update the docs? And where did I go wrong
to not find it? (Thinking of improving finding the doc contrib, as
well)
