Set primary_hostname or smtp_active_hostname. However, SMTP clients
generally takes no care about contents of the connection banner.
This information is valuable to attackers, because it may reveal platform,
name and version of you SMTP listener, and/or some details about your LAN.

SMTP greeting may be configured for any forwarding method.
