It seems that when autoconf got updated and insisted on version 2.70 it was
being very conservative. This also broke one of the regular fuzzing robots.
After checking out what had changed (not much) I downgraded the requirement to
2.60 and this fixed the robot, so you should be OK if you have to do this
again.
