Yes, at this point the number of step could be different I wouldn't care, this
report is about pcretest not trying a last match attempt like perl and like the
doc is saying, but of course numbers of 'steps' (it's a term used on regex101,
and is still an excellent indicator of the efficiency of your regex, unlike
what you're saying, that almost everyone use daily, although less steps does
not guarantee faster speed execution, it's almost always the case in practice)
are then going to be the same.
