Changed the importance to "wishlist": Warn in face of "unexpected" UTF-8
characters in the config and/or other files Exim reads. But first clarify what
is "unexpected".
- non-breakable-space?
- other? (with respect to UTF-8 in hostnames, local parts, ...)
- BOM at start of the config file (done
