example mail hear & body for SMTP timeout after end of data

We have been experiencing problems with the above error message from(at least
February 2020) It tend to be associated with notifications from
eu-west-1.amazonses.com. The items stay on our queues until they eventually
time out
The error we see in the mainlog is :
SMTP timeout after sending data block (57323 bytes                        
written): Connection timed out
