[exim] local rejects

Hello,

my eximstats output shows

Top 20 temporarily rejected ips by message count
------------------------------------------------
  Messages   Temporarily rejected ip
        23   local

I'd like to know more about these rejects. Any hint for finding the reason(s)
in the logs?
