[exim] Filter to block send messages

Hi,

Thank you for accepting me on this list.
If anyone from here can help me, thank you in advance.
I need to filter outgoing emails and prevent, for example, that no
messages are sent from my server, to @ anything.com.
I am using the antivirus.exim filter (CPANEL), but it is not 100%
efficient. Some messages are sent even with the filter configured.
