There isn’t, but judicious use of the PAM configuration or something as simple as a symlink will resolve that in ways that are rather more portable.

Create /etc/pamd.d/email and put in the config you need, then “ln -s /etc/pam.d/email /etc/pam.d/exim" (and dovecot) should work.
