Atleast it will add a banner in the worlds most common MUA.
I don't know how for example Thunderbird handles the Keywords: or
X-Keywords: header, but I know Outlook does add a banner atleast. And thats
the only MUA I use.

Or more often, it will not. It may be impossible to notice any indication of
that header without hunting for it.
The world has more than one MUA.
