1. Section 54 TOC is buggy: 54.11 - 54.13 all titled as "54.11".

2. 54.12 aka exim_dumpdb describes only the T: (transport) format, but not the
R: (routing) one. It is a problem since it seems thefirst sentry on the second
line (supposed to be "the frist error timestamp") refers to a delivery with no
errors here, so it's hard to interpret what the result actually mean. (I am
investigating a problem where exim immediately told "retry time exceeded"
without no apparent reason.)
