Let me elaborate a bit, see if I can show it better what I want
1) exim receives message
2) exim queries mysql -> this user@domain exist?
3) mysql-> yes. Maildir is /mail/domain/user
4) exim delivers mail
And smtp auth is needed too, username and password stored in mysql
