[pcre-dev] 10.35 released

I have just put 10.35 tarballs in the usual place:

Since the release candidate, there has only been one change to the
library code (adding support for disabling clang's auto initialization
feature for a large array). There have been minor changes to test
programs, and some updates to the build systems' files.
